Femi Renner is a geologist and accountant. He attended University of Maiduguri where he bagged a degree in Geology. He worked as a hydrogeologist in Benin - Owena River Basin Development Authority, Sokoto Rima River Basin Development Authority and the Federal Ministry of Water Resources, Nigeria. In these positions he supervised borehole drilling projects, borehole rehabilitation projects and river training programmes.
In 1986, he attended the Water Engineering for Developing Countries course at Loughborough University, UK. He later registered on the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) courses.
He worked as Finance Officer/Manager or Accountant in several public, private and voluntary sector organisations, including the Science Museum, International Institute for Environment and Development the Eleanor Palmer Trust in London. He holds an MSc in Oil and Gas Management degree from Coventry University, UK.
Isaac has profound interest in policies and projects aimed at eradicating poverty in Africa. He led a project to campaign for introducing Global Citizenship Education into schools curriculum in Sub-Saharan Africa. The proposal was endorsed by UNESCO as vital in teaching young Africans their rights and responsibilities so as to allow for their self awareness as change agents and contributors to the progress of their society including making sub Saharan Africa investor friendly.
Renner M & P works with highly experienced external consultants in different areas of our company activities.Mr. Jonathan Dubois had his Master of Art of Precious Metals in 1985 and 1986 he attained a diploma in General Gemmology both of which were awarded in ISA (Valenza, Italy). In 1997, he bagged a degree in Epistemology (110/110) from Milan State University. In 2003 he was awarded a Diploma as a Technical and fundamentals financial analyst at Euroforex Institute (Milan).
In 2007, he was awarded a certificate as a Rough Diamond Evaluator at the British Gemmological Institute, London and presently at the London School of Business and Finance, as a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Jonathan Dubois worked as a Training Consultant at Valenza Goldsmiths Association between 1985 -2004. He worked as the Managing Director at HWD Diamonds Ltd. West Africa between 2006 - 2009 where he coordinated the Trading and Mining Operations of the company. He worked as a consultant and shareholder at Marjon Consulting Ltd. as a Physical Precious Metals Trading Fund Manager between 2010 -2012. He also served as the Head of Trading at Beehive Gold Ltd. (A Subsidiary of Beehive Capital) in 2013.
Currently, he is the Managing Director at Lombard Asset Management Ltd. (Business Consultancy & Asset Management services).
Mr. Izebe Egwaikhide has over 23 years professional experience in various fields of the energy industry and applied research in Germany and Nigeria.
His core competencies are in power and gas infrastructure development, energy / commodities markets, project development and management, general management, LNG business development, information technology, government relationship management, and R&D (innovation management).
Mr. Egwaikhide has a masters degree in electrical / electronic engineering with a specialization in automation from the Dresden University of Technology, Dresden, Germany. He also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Leicester, UK, and is a Certified Expert in Climate and Renewable Energy Finance from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management, Frankfurt, Germany.
He is a Co-Founder of Sutergy in Lagos, Nigeria, a non-executive director of the Nigerian-German Business Association (NGBA) and a Senior Advisor of E&P Focus Africa Consulting GmbH in Hamburg, Germany.
Mr. Egwaikhide is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), IEEE Power & Energy Society, IEEE Smart Grid Community, IEEE Smart Village Community, IEEE Smart City Technical Community, VDE, VDE GMA, CMI and the African Renewable Energy Alliance (AREA).
Ayuba, Sule Akande had his B.Sc. (Hons) Geology from the University of Ilorin, Ilorin Kwara State. He later proceeded to the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, U.K and graduated with an M.Sc Water Engineering.
He worked as a Hydrogeologist on the supervision of boreholes drilling in the National Boreholes Programme in old Sokoto State (Now: Sokoto, Kebbi and Zamfara States) and Katsina State. He also worked as a supervisor of boreholes drilling in Bauchi State (as a Principal Hydrologist).
He participated in the monitoring of all hydrogeological and hydrometric stations in old Sokoto State as a Level I Hydrogeologist.
He also served in the Lower Benue River Basin Development Authority, Makurdi, where he served as Assistant Chief Hydrogeologist, Chief Hydrologist and later as an Assistant Director of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources.
He was promoted to the rank of Deputy Director of the Federal Ministry of Water Resources and later became the Deputy Director in charge of all projects in Engineering Hydrology Unit of Engineering Hydrology Department.
He worked as the Head Engineering Hydrology Unit of the Nigeria Hydrological Services Agency and Assistant Director in Charge of all Hydrological Engineering Projects of the Engineering Hydrology Department.
